(through)collective is an exciting new strengths-based coaching practice founded by Nick Jerez, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach with over 20 years of experience working with mission-driven organizations and creatives.
As a new business, Nick knew how important it was to hit the ground running with a solid brand strategy infused with his mission, vision, and value. His brand strategy guides his ongoing work crafting a public personality for the business.
Through collaborative discovery sessions, we worked with Nick to uncover the value he brings to clients and find clear and compelling ways to communicate in words and images. This shaped a brand built on his courageous, relational, grounded, and creative brand characteristics and a complementary brand voice to inform marketing and content development.
The logo features a strong wordmark and accompanying icons that invite clients to see how (through)collective’s coaching services empower clients to harness their strengths and elevate their work life to places they never dreamed possible. The branding phase built a foundation for the design of a website that helps clients resonate with the brand quickly and start their journey. The site will also operate as a content library for thought leadership and insights into the future of productive and creative work life.
