Our Story

Pixel Parlor began in 2012 when husband-and-wife team Jenn Richey Nicholas and Andrew Nicholas transformed their shared love of design and people into a creative studio with a bigger mission: to use business as a force for good.

From the start, we knew success meant more than building a profitable design practice—it meant embedding environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and community engagement into everything we do.

Today, under Jenn’s leadership as CEO, Pixel Parlor has grown into a dynamic team of designers, strategists, and creative thinkers who partner with purpose-driven clients—from nonprofits and cultural institutions to mission-minded businesses—across education, sustainability, the arts, placemaking, and beyond. Together, we create brands that inspire action, build trust, and make a measurable difference.
