Whitesbog Village is a historic farm that is known for its cultivation of the first commercial blueberry as well as its local cranberry bogs. The village offers a variety of activities, including historical tours, hikes, music jams, and the annual Blueberry Festival.
Whitesbog Village approached our team for a brand refresh that would modernize their look to appeal to a wider audience without ostracizing the organization’s roots and the generations who had grown up with the farm.
Our response to the challenge was to create a rustic logo that spoke to the historic roots of the village while incorporating bright colors and modern typefaces that would appeal to multiple demographics. The outcome was a brand that visually represented both the history and the future of the bog while engaging an audience for their exciting family events that keep the bog alive and vibrant. Since the rebrand, the organization has experienced a resurgence in interest from the public interest in the bogs, their events, and volunteerism.
