Jenn Richey Nicholas is Pixel Parlor’s vision caster and the steward of our mission. As the founder and CEO of Philadelphia’s only WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and B Corp Certified branding and design studio, she upholds Pixel Parlor’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional design and business practices. An experienced creative director and artist, Jenn fosters strategic partnerships, builds deep client and community relationships, and attracts talented designers and creative thinkers who are passionate about supporting purpose-driven businesses and organizations.
Jenn honed her design expertise with high-profile clients such as CBRE, Condé Nast, the NBA, and the American Museum of Natural History. At Gensler, the world’s largest international design firm, she sharpened her creative direction skills, earning three Gensler Star Awards and four GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards. Her work has included contributions to the New York City 2012 Olympic Bid, the National Mall Design Competition, Hudson Yards, and even a shrine dedicated to Richard Branson.
Beyond her studio leadership, Jenn serves on the board of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, advocating for sustainable business practices. She is a proud graduate of the prestigious University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP).
