Jenn Richey Nicholas is our vision caster and mission keeper. As the leader of Philadelphia’s only WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Certified B Corp multi-disciplinary design studio (and one of the few across the country), Jenn stewards our studio’s promise to push the boundaries of traditional design and conventional business practices. An experienced creative director and artist, she fosters strategic partnerships, invests deeply in client relationships and communities, and attracts designers and creative thinkers who want to use their talent to support inspiring mission-focused businesses and organizations.
Jenn sharpened her design skills with high-profile clients such as CBRE, Conde Nast, NBA, and the American Museum of Natural History. At Gensler, the world’s largest international design firm, she refined her creative direction know-how. She is a three-time winner of the Gensler Star Award, four-time winner of the GD USA American Graphic Design Award, and a Philadelphia 100 honoree. She worked on the design teams for the New York City 2012 Olympic Bid and National Mall Design Competition and even built a shrine to Richard Branson.
She serves as the chair of the development committee for the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, joined the Arts + Business Council for Greater Philadelphia Designing Leadership Cohort, and was creative director for Comcast Cares Day at Adaire Elementary for four straight years.
