Site performance & maintenance
Your website is never finished — it needs care, attention, and thoughtful oversight to stay effective as your organization evolves. Regular maintenance protects your investment, improves user experience, and helps your site run smoothly—without the stress of managing updates yourself.
Website downtime? Not so much.
Skipped updates and neglected plugins can lead to security breaches, broken features, and lost trust. Our maintenance plans keep your website protected, stable, and ready for anything.
After each maintenance session, you’ll receive a recap covering updates, performance insights, and recommended improvements—so you always know what’s working and what needs attention.

A fast, beautifully designed WordPress website built by Pixel Parlor for mission-aligned organizations at the start of their growth curve. Same strategic thinking. Same design standards. A focused scope and a six-week path to launch.
For organizations that want true peace of mind, we offer managed hosting as an add-on to our Site Maintenance plans. Hosting your website with Pixel Parlor means your site lives on a secure, high-performance platform monitored and supported by the same team who cares for your brand.
You’ll benefit from faster response times, improved reliability, increased security oversight, and a support team that already knows your website inside and out — ensuring everything runs smoothly, every day.
For organizations who want a trusted partner at the table—not just support behind the scenes. Beyond maintenance, we provide ongoing strategic insight, design leadership, and technical support to help your website stay aligned with your mission and long-term goals.
Accessibility isn’t optional—it’s essential.
Regular maintenance protects your site from security risks, improves performance and page speed, prevents downtime, and ensures your content and functionality stay up to date. It also supports better SEO, accessibility compliance, and user experience.
Small-to-midsized marketing sites with fewer moving parts typically thrive on our Standard Site Maintenance plan to keep things running smoothly. If you’re looking for a little bit of extra support for content updates and are interested in adding a few new features throughout the year, our Plus plan should do the job. With our Pro plan, we essentially become a member of your team, providing a strategic website growth partnership throughout the year. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you to the right fit.
Within our Standard Site Maintenance plan, we update plugins, themes, licenses, and WordPress core; run accessibility and security scans; update backups; perform visual audits; resolve minor issues; and provide a recap report with insights and recommendations. Our Plus & Pro plans include varying levels of additional services such as content updates & regularly scheduled planning meetings to name a few. Please refer to the plans & pricing chart for full details.
Adding & editing pages is not included in our Standard Site Maintenance plan, but we can certainly help with those updates within a separate scope once you submit a request to our team. With that said, our Plus & Pro plans do include content updates. (If we built your website, your Website User Manual also includes tutorials for making updates internally.)
Each of our site maintenance plans include on-call support for urgent downtime issues. Other troubleshooting needs are billed hourly. Most outages occur due to expired payment methods on hosting accounts—something we can help you diagnose quickly.
No plan can guarantee 100% protection, but regular maintenance dramatically reduces your risk. Keeping software up to date, running scans, and maintaining reliable backups makes your site far more secure and easier to recover if something happens.
Yes. Some clients choose to manage their own updates. But for most teams, maintenance is time-consuming and easily forgotten. Our plans provide peace of mind and ensure your site stays healthy without adding work to your plate.

Our plans are designed specifically for WordPress. However, we can assist with Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to see if we’re a good fit.
Annual commitments are required for regular maintenance. However, we can address isolated bugs and updates on an hourly basis.
Our plans include $500 in premium plugin licenses, and we’ll let you know if your site requires additional subscriptions. We only recommend tools that are secure, stable, and valuable to your goals.
No. Maintenance is performed safely and behind the scenes. Your users won’t experience downtime, and we always test updates before pushing them live.
Yes — our plans include integration and sync testing (CRMs, forms, calendars, membership systems, shop feeds, etc.) to ensure everything is working properly.
After each session, you receive a clear summary of updates completed, performance insights, any issues identified, and recommended next steps via email. It’s ideal for internal reporting and long-term planning.
We've got you covered.
